Cheese, Butter & Yogurt Making Class,
Sunday, January 31st from 1pm-4:30 pm
at Earthwise Farm & Forest, Bethel, VT
- Come learn a few different ways to make yogurt - successfully and consistently.
- Learn the tricks for making butter, and using butter molds.
- Get introduced to a couple different soft cheeses that are easy and fun to make, and learn ways to add some flavors/spices to the final product.
- Have fun learning with others in an intimate setting - get ready to laugh and taste some delicious creations.
- Class will include a handout
- Fresh milk will be for sale along with cheese and yogurt making supplies so that you can go home and start creating delicious treats for friends and family.
Cost: $40 per person, $75 for two people
Limit to 12 people; minimum of 6 needed.
